Will this cable make my car charge at 22kW?
Only if both the charging station and the vehicle support 22kW AC charging. Many popular Australian EVs accept around 7kW or 11kW AC even when connected to a 22kW station. In that case, this cable works within the car's limit.
For example, Tesla Australia states that Model 3 and Model Y rear-wheel-drive variants are limited to 11kW on a 400V three-phase supply. Kia Australia's EV6 specifications list a Type 2 AC port and a 10.5kW onboard charger.
