Order Processing Time:
After receiving your order, we require a processing time of 1-2 business days to prepare and pack your items for shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, and we appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination address. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review and confirm before finalizing your purchase.

Delivery Time:
Please note that the shipping speed depends on the availability of stock in our warehouse located in North Melbourne. 

1. Even if our warehouse temporarily lacks sufficient stock, there's no need to worry. We will promptly restock from China and ship directly from the factory to you. 
2. In case of stock shortages, our customer service team will promptly contact you via email or phone, providing you with details about the expected shipping time;
3. If the product is in production, your goods will be sent out for you in 10-15business days.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method and destination. Normally our shipping time is 7-12 business days.
(Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays may affect the delivery time. However, we will make every effort to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible.)

Tracking Information:
For your convenience, we provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
