Thank you for choosing MotiveX. This policy explains how we prepare, ship and support orders for Australian and New Zealand customers.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours after confirmation. Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, peak periods or when payment/details require review.

Estimated shipping time

Estimated delivery is usually 7-12 business days. Remote locations, carrier delays, weather events and public holidays may extend this estimate.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays, redelivery fees or returned parcels.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, take clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label and product condition, then contact us promptly before discarding packaging.
