Care Guide

EV Charger Care Guide

Good care helps protect charging performance and reduces preventable faults.

Before every charge

Check the plug, socket, cable and control box for cracks, burn marks, loose parts, water or dirt. Do not use the charger if anything looks damaged.

During charging

Keep the cable uncoiled where possible, avoid tight bends, and keep the control box away from standing water, heat sources and heavy objects. Do not cover the control box while charging.

Storage

After use, disconnect safely, let the cable cool if needed, wipe off dust or moisture, and store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp edges.

When to stop using it

Stop immediately if charging is unstable, the plug becomes unusually hot, you smell burning, or the cable/control box shows damage. Contact us with photos or video before using it again.
