This policy is designed to keep return and warranty expectations clear before purchase.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. To be eligible, the item should generally be unused, in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.

Before returning an EV charging product

Please contact us first. EV charging products should be checked for compatibility, condition and fault symptoms before return approval. Sending photos or a short video helps us resolve the case faster.

Faulty or incorrect items

If the item appears faulty or you received the wrong product, contact us with your order number, photos and a description of the issue. We will review the case and advise the next step.

Change of mind

For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused and complete. Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless required otherwise by applicable consumer law.

Warranty exclusions

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect outlet use, non-compliant wiring, unauthorised modification, accidents, improper storage, water damage from incorrect handling, or normal wear.
